You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorized access occurs, immediately change your password through the bdpop Login page and notify the support team.

2.3 Account Suspension

bdpop reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons: violation of terms and conditions, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or breach of applicable law.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdpop currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit funds into the account.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdpop offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more caps the bonus at ৳10,000, making your total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳25,000 before withdrawing the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once.
• Bonuses must be used in your own account — transfer or sale is prohibited.
• bdpop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If abusive or fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

bdpop's VIP program has five tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond: up to 0.8% cashback per week

The benefits and advancement criteria for VIP tiers may be reviewed and updated periodically by bdpop. Cashback will be credited directly to your account.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdpop:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Transferring account ownership
• Colluding with other users to operate games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities

6.2 Consequences

If any of the above violations are detected, bdpop may immediately suspend the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

All content on the bdpop platform — logos, graphics, software, designs, written materials — is the intellectual property of bdpop or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content beyond personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without prior permission from bdpop.
